6. Subscription Services

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscription benefits are subject to change.

The information on RaceNow is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RaceNow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use RaceNow.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
